Manufacturing Technology on Air-flow Parts

The manufacturing technology of aero engine parts is the key of national aviation industry. However, manufacturing engine air-flow parts like blade, blisk, bling, impeller and diffuser, made of titanium alloy and inconel, is more difficult and critical to all national aero-engine makers.

                                     

g-Mill series is a 5-axis high dynamic machining center with a acceleration at max. 1 g. It’s widely employed in world-class aero-engine manufacturers like GE, Rolls-Royce, SNECMA, Pratt &Whitney and MTU for machining blisk, impeller and blade.

g-Mill’s superior performance lies in its professional design and manufacturing respects. With regard to the high-speed on irregular free-form surfaces, the design of high rigidity and 1g acceleration ensures a fast change of cutting speed within a very short time. The positioning accuracy and repeatability on linear axis 6 um / 3 um and rotary axis 5 sec / 3 sec ensure the machining accuracy on different parts.
